This website is operated by LH Media Digital LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, "us" and “our” refer to LORAN.

1. AGE OF MAJORITY & ELIGIBILITY
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, and that you possess the legal authority to enter into binding financial contracts. If we suspect or discover that a transaction was initiated by a minor without parental consent, we reserve the right to cancel the order immediately and report the activity to relevant payment compliance entities to prevent friendly-fraud exploitation.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PROPRIETARY DESIGN
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, digital assets, and code, is the exclusive property of LH Media Digital LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws. Specifically, the industrial design, structural geometry, and aesthetic execution of our custom vessels (including but not limited to The Nomad Scroll packaging dimensions of 118mm x 45mm) represent protected proprietary assets. Any unauthorized reproduction, commercial exploitation, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
- Tea is an organic agricultural product. Natural variations in color, taste, leaf size, aromatic intensity, and seasonal characteristics are inherent and expected. We do not guarantee that the product descriptions or sensory profiles will perfectly match your subjective palate or personal expectations.
- LORAN shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, our products or digital platforms.

4. HEALTH & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER (FDA COMPLIANCE)
- All content and materials provided on this website are for informational, cultural, and aesthetic purposes only.
- Statements regarding the potential wellness or metabolic benefits of our teas have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other global health authority. 
- LORAN products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental medical condition. You must not use the information on this site to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

5. FOOD SAFETY, CAFFEINE SENSITIVITY & POST-DELIVERY LIABILITY
- LORAN sources pure Camellia sinensis from high-altitude heritage estates. Tea naturally contains varying concentrations of caffeine and active polyphenols. Individuals with caffeine sensitivities, pregnant or lactating individuals, or those under prescription medical regimens should consult their physician prior to consumption.
- Proper Storage Liability: As an organic agricultural product free of artificial preservatives, our tea requires precise storage (cool, dry, dark, and odor-free environments). LORAN is not legally or financially liable for product degradation, oxidation, mold, or spoilage resulting from improper post-delivery handling, unsealed containment, or exposure to excessive humidity or light by the customer.

6. VISUAL AND METRIC VARIANCE DISCLAIMER
LORAN prides itself on architectural geometry, tactile minimalism, and honest presentation. However, due to the natural variances in raw organic materials, the manufacturing tolerances of our custom industrial vessels, and the technical rendering discrepancies across different digital displays or photographic lighting environments, the physical product may exhibit minor deviations in color, texture, and finish from the images displayed on this site or our social media infrastructure (e.g., Pinterest). These organic and technical variances are hallmarks of authenticity and do not constitute product defects or grounds for compensation.

7. THIRD-PARTY INFRASTRUCTURE & DISRUPTIONS
We rely on institutional-grade third-party infrastructure (including Shopify, cloud hosting systems, and global payment clearing networks) to operate our digital storefront. LORAN is not responsible or liable for any transaction failures, data transmission delays, or access disruptions caused directly by technical outages, maintenance, or security protocols enforced by these third-party providers.

8. FORCE MAJEURE
LORAN shall be fully excused from performance, delivery delays, or failure to fulfill obligations under these Terms if such non-performance arises from causes beyond our reasonable control. This includes, without limitation: acts of God, war, international trade embargoes, customs policy overhauls, border closures, agricultural quarantine holdouts, aviation or maritime labor strikes, pandemics, or disruptions to global logistical lifelines.

9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LH Media Digital LLC, LORAN, and our subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, and directors from any claim, demand, liability, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service, your misuse of our products, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

10. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE & ANTI-FRAUD SCREENING
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion without prior notice. This right will be exercised dynamically if our automated risk-assessment infrastructure flags an order for high-risk credit card metrics, suspected friendly-fraud exploitation, geographical delivery anomalies, or historical chargeback abuse.

11. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the specific State of incorporation governing LH Media Digital LLC, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising directly from these terms must be initiated strictly within the courts holding jurisdiction over our corporate entity.
